We do not charge a restocking fee on the majority of our products. However, the following brands are subject to restocking fees:
- 25% restocking fee plus shipping: Elkay, Earthsafe (Protexus, Purtabs), Victory, EMist, Big Ass Fans, Austin Air
- 20% restocking fee plus shipping: Excel (XLERATOR hand dryers–see product page for full details), Alpine Industries, Fellowes (must be returned within 30 days of purchase; product must be unopened, in it's original packaging, and in resalable condition)
- 15% restocking fee plus shipping: Namco, Bulldog Floor Scrubbers, Defibtech (items must be unopened and re-sealable)
- 15% restocking fee: All pallet quantity products including Zogics branded
- 10% restocking fee: Motorscrubber Floor Scrubbers
