Managing your Zogics account

This article shows you the key areas of your account and how to manage them.

Review your orders

Once you log in to your account, you will see your list of past orders, showing you the date placed and the status of your order. Clicking into each individual order will expand that order's details.

How to reorder

A great way to streamline your order process is by using our simple reorder feature. Go to the order you'd like to place again and select each item to add back to your cart. These items will then go to your cart to complete via checkout.

Manage your autoship subscriptions

Keeping track and editing your autoship subscriptions all happens within your account. Navigate to "Autoship Subscriptions", locate the subscription you'd like to edit, and click "Edit". From here, you can select the following:

  • Update Payment Method
  • Update Shipping Address
  • Edit Subscription
  • Apply Coupon
  • Cancel Subscription

Manage your saved shipping addresses

To save shipping addresses for faster checkout, go to your Account and navigate to "Saved Addresses". Here you'll find a list of all addresses saved to your account. Add a new address by clicking "New Address".

Manage your account settings

If you'd like to update any of your account information, navigate to "Account Settings".
