What do I do if I receive damaged items?

We pride ourselves on our quality products and efficient logistics, shipping, and fulfillment. If you've received a damaged item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will work with you to remedy the situation.

Please fill out our Return Request form:

  1. Select "Item(s) Arrived Damaged" when asked for "Reason for Return"
  2. Select "Damaged" when asked for "Product Condition"
  3. Attach photo(s) of the damaged product/packaging
  4. Select if you'd like a full refund OR replacement items sent when asked for "Other Details"
