We take pride in our products, which is why we offer a 100% happiness guarantee on all Zogics branded products. Enjoy an extra level of comfort buying our branded products knowing they are backed by a happiness guarantee that never expires. Used Zogics branded products can be returned at any time. Our return policy is simple: just ask and we’ll give you a full refund (minus shipping charges).

Zogics Right Wipe Guarantee

Zogics Branded Wipes
Finding the right wipes shouldn’t be stressful. Shop confidently with our Right Wipe Guarantee, where we make sure you are completely satisfied with your wipe purchase! Here's how it works:

  1. Contact Customer Service at hello@zogics.com, 888.623.0088, or through our live chat.
  2. One of our Customer Service Representatives will guide you through the next steps to ensure you get the right wipes for your facility.
  3. If one of our other wipes is what’s best, we’ll help you place a new order and send you a return shipping label for the unopened products from your first order. Then we’ll refund your first order in full!

Returns

Products returned within 120 days of original order date will be issued a refund to the credit card/payment method on file. Products returned after 120 days of original order date will be issued a refund in store credit. If the product(s)/equipment is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or is not returned in its original packaging, Zogics reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at our sole discretion.

Non-Zogics Branded Products

All non-Zogics branded products can be returned within one year for a full refund (unless the manufacturer's guarantee states otherwise, and excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.) Please refer to your specific product page for details.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee on the majority of our products. However, the following brands are subject to restocking fees:

      • 25% restocking fee plus shipping: Elkay, Earthsafe (Protexus, Purtabs), Victory, EMist, Big Ass Fans, Austin Air
      • 20% restocking fee plus shipping: Excel (XLERATOR hand dryers–see product page for full details), Alpine Industries, Fellowes (must be returned within 30 days of purchase; product must be unopened, in it's original packaging, and in resalable condition)
      • 15% restocking fee plus shipping: Namco, Bulldog Floor Scrubbers, Defibtech (items must be unopened and re-sealable)
      • 15% restocking fee: All pallet quantity products including Zogics branded
      • 10% restocking fee: Motorscrubber Floor Scrubbers

Big Ass Fans Cancellation Fees
Standard orders can be cancelled up to five (5) business days following the receipt of the Sales Order Acknowledgement without penalty, unless the product has already shipped. After 5 business days, cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Products sold with custom paint/appearance packages or any element of special engineering are final and cannot be cancelled after twenty-four (24) hours from the receipt of the Sales Order Acknowledgement.

Errors and Damaged Products

If we made an error or your item(s) arrived damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record, if possible. Save any shipping cartons, boxes and the damaged product, and fill out our Return Request form below. If possible, pictures of the damaged product/packaging are helpful to include. We will work with you to replace the damaged goods at no cost or further inconvenience to you.

Zogics Flooring and Lockers

Zogics Flooring (rolled rubber, stacked rubber, interlocking puzzle tiles, 1" tiles, and turf) and Lockers (custom lockers, cell phone lockers, and towel drops) cannot be returned. These products are manufactured and shipped specifically for the customer's specific needs, and cannot be restocked.
