- Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep)
- Community Associated Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (CA-MRSA) Genotype USA300
- Community Associated Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (CA-MRSA) Genotype USA400
- Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
- Vancomycin resistant Enterococcus faecium (VRE)
- Vancomycin intermediate resistant Staphylococcus aureus (VISA)
- Influenza A2/Japan
- Herpes Simplex Virus 1
- Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Type 1 (HIV)
- Herpes Simplex Virus 2
- Trichophyton mentagrophytes (causative agent of Athlete’s Foot Fungus)
- Klebsiella pneumoniae
- Listeria monocytogenes
- Campylobacter jejuni
